We will photograph any room in the building you would like to showcase, or all rooms. Just let us know what spaces you are focusing on.
Aerial + Outdoor Photography
$50 per photo

All outdoor and aerial photography sessions are subject to weather and air traffic control restrictions. I will use a 4K capable drone to capture ALL outdoor photos, unless flight restrictions are present.
Matterport 3D Tour
$180 per 1,000 square feet
($0.18 / sqft)
$100 minimum
Example: 3,500 sqft retail space = $630.
Blow prospective buyers away with 3D Showcase – an immersive experience that gives buyers a sense of feeling the property before they’ve ever seen it in person. The buyer can tour the inside of the building as if they were really there, see floor plans, a 3D “dollhouse” model, and even take measurements of various features in the property!
Multiple storefronts? I can offer a substantial discount for multiple locations on multiple Matterport tours.
We will host the Matterport Tour for up to 1 year at no additional charge for a single location. If you need it past 1 year, or have multiple storefronts, it must be transferred to your own Matterport account. Matterport pricing as of 12/03/2021 is $9.99/month for up to 5 tours, and $69.99/month for up to 25 tours.
Video Service

Twilight Session
$350
Dependent on scheduling and weather, we can stay for 30 minutes before Sunset until 30 minutes after Sunset to capture the property with a beautiful Sunset, and show off any striking landscape lighting the property may have.
All-Day Session
$1295
For properties that are incredibly large, we can dedicate an entire day to photographing your asset; this allows us to capture every aspect of the property in the best light possible as the Sun moves throughout the sky as the day progresses.

We understand how cloudy Upstate New York can be, so blue skies are added to ALL outdoor
photos if necessary, at no additional charge to you. We also clean up dirt and debris in the photos if we are able to, and improve the overall apperance of the scene.

FAQ & Policies
How long does it take to photograph a property?
The length of time depends on how large the property is and the layout of the property. Generally speaking, the following are average times:
- Interior Photography: 30 mins per 1,000 sqft.
- Matterport Tour: 30 mins per 1,000 sqft.
- Aerial + Outdoor Photography: 3 minutes per photo.
- Video Services: 1 hour to 4 hours depending on property and requirements.
We also recommend photographing the property before or after business hours, or employees move to a floor we are not working on if at all possible. The session will take much longer as we may need to tell individuals to move out of shots that they might not think they are standing in.
How long until I get the photos?
I edit and post-process every photo I take, and the post-processing time varies based on my work load for that week. Typical delivery is 48-72 hours after the day of the session. However, sometimes I am able to get the photos back to you quicker.
I recommend scheduling the shoot for at least 7 days prior to when you want to list or showcase the asset, to also account for re-schedules due to weather.
Does the weather matter? What about sunlight, overcast sky, or time of day?
When you contact me and give me the address of the property, I will research and decide on the best date and time to photograph it that also fits into my schedule.
Generally speaking, cloudiness does not matter. I am able to place a very realistic blue sky in any outdoor photos. Indoor photos tend to come out better in the mid-day or early afternoon, but I can work with any time for the indoor photos and still get great results.
An early morning shoot will work best if the building faces East, and an afternoon shoot will work better if the building faces West. If you want the best lighting your property has to offer from every angle, consider purchasing an All-Day Session upgrade.
Do you travel, and are there any fees?
I will travel to photograph your home anywhere in the state of New York, Pennsylvania, or Vermont. Homes that are more than 45 minutes outside of the Syracuse area are subject to travel time @ $25 per hour for the first 2 hours, and $50 per hour thereafter. This includes to and from.
